The month of June has been one of the most jam and emotion packed months in our lives! Beginning with the completion of a two week trip to Israel, Palestine and Jordan for Will, JJ and 33 Calvin members and friends. JJ AND WILL ABOVE PETRA, LOOKING OVER MOUNTAINS OF MOAB

Then two more weeks of ministry at Calvin, with two wonderful weddings, baptisms and a dedication, and a memorial service. During that time Nancy and Will were living with sister Allison, as the house we had lived in for over 19 years was sold.
Then there were wonderful, humbling and tearful farewells to hundreds of people we have lived with, shared with and loved for 19 years. Special times of sharing, laughing and worship with many individuals, the staff, the whole congregation, and small groups, highlighted these hard but unforgettable weeks.
Now Nancy and Will are on the road--heading for Washington, DC for a state department briefing on the Balkans (preparation for Nancy's Fulbright position at the University of Tirana, Albania), then to Greensboro for a new adventure with Steve, Emily and the baby set to be born August 3.
This first post is just a beginning. We will add to it as time goes. Thanks for caring enough to tune in--and we will love to hear about you!
