On the road again...

After 2 months in Greensboro enjoying our home and loving time with Colette, Japcques and Pascal (as well as Emily and Steve)...plus a great week on the west coast seeing mom, Allison and JJ, I flew with bicycle to Berlin. There I began a trek to Budapest with N. Ireland friend Brian. As I write this we are nearing the end of that journey-one which has included Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and Hungary as well as Germany. We have followed small roads and cycle paths through some hills and valleys plus much farmland and forest on the plains. Currently we are following the Danube for our final miles.
In just a few days I will meet up with Nancy in Ireland and we, along with Brian and his wife, will do a bit of touring in Scandinavia before Nancy and I go to Albania for 2 weeks. Nancy is presenting at a national English teachers' conference and I was to teach in Erseke but plans were changed. We will visit there but the school is not happening this fall so we will see what God has in store...
November will be back home, as will be December and January for me. For Nancy December will be spent mostly in Mauritania on an ESL assignment....
So that is a quick update. In short all is well with us and we are so blessed. God keeps putting adventures in our path, and we take them! Blessed be the name of he Lord....
(I am writing this on my smartphone and will try to attach photos later. Will see. FYI I post brief Facebook updates from time to time for those who are interested.)
